John turned 31 this year! And he finally got his double chocolate fudge cake that he has wanted for a birthday cake the last 7 years...what a lucky guy. The kids had a blast helping me blow up birthday balloons and hanging streamers to surprise him after work.
And since Daddy is getting so old the kids had to help blow out all those candles.
For John's birthday activity we went miniature golfing with the kids. It was a blast, Tessa thought that every time you hit the ball you go and run after it and pick it up. We had to keep telling her to leave it where it stopped and then she would look so heartbroken we would let her pick it up.Caleb especially had a great time trying to hit the ball in the cup! He thinks this is the world's best game and is constantly asking when we can go golfing as a family again. I told him daddy's next birthday and Caleb informed me that was too far away.
