Our day at the park

Yesterday we decided to have a fun family afternoon together. We went to the library first so that Caleb could check out some more "Max" books. Then we headed over to Freestone Park, there is a mini railroad train there that we had told Caleb he could take a ride on. But, when we got there the train was broken down. So we had to be happy with riding the coin operated monster truck and speed boat. Caleb was really excited to have Tessa take her first ride too! Then we walked over to the pond and watched the ducks swimming around. This really nice little boy shared two pieces of bread with Caleb so that he could feed the ducks too. Caleb loved it but got really scared when the ducks started coming a little too close for comfort.

We are so glad the weather is starting to cool down a bit, so we can spend some time outside together!
